当前，破解中小企业融资难问题成为我国经济社会的一大难题，加强商业银行与担保公司的合作，成为银行在风险可控的前提下加大对广大中小企业资金支持的重要途径。作为一名金融机构监管者，笔者通过对合肥农村科技商业银行与担保公司开展业务合作情况的调查，发现银行与担保公司开展合作既取得了可喜的成效，也存在不少问题和制约因素，进而对此进行了一定的探讨。

Currently, the financing problem of small and medium - sized enterprises has triggered the common concern of the public in China. Under such circumstances, some commercial banks try to strengthen the cooperation with guarantee companies, which may be an important way to resolve this dilemma and prevent financial risk in the meantime. The article studies on the cooperative links between Hefei science ＆ technology rural commercial bank and guarantees companies, making a thorough analysis of the effectiveness, problems and constraints as well. The author, rich in banking supervision practices, tries to seek feasible strategy for enhancing the cooperation between commercial banks and guarantee companies.
