比较不同方法保存培养的人胃癌SGC7901细胞,用QIAGEN DNA提取试剂盒提取DNA,琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测DNA提取效果,找到一种简便、经济的保存方法.结果显示,0.85%NaCl和细胞保存液保存5 d的效果好,而0.85%NaCl更经济实用.

Compared the different preservation of DNA in the cultured human gastric cancer cells(SGC7901).To find an easy and economical way,we extracted DNA from the the different preservations using reagent kit of QIAGEN,then tested the integrality of the genome through agarose gelelectrophoresis.The results showed that 0.85% NaCl and cell preservation liquid can preserve for five days,but 0.85% NaCl more economical.
