20世纪30年代布拉格学派的代表人物特鲁别兹柯伊的音位体系理论趋于成熟，他的《音位学原理》集中体现了他的音位理论思想，他根据音位对立的原则分析了俄语音位中对立的类型提出标记理论，给语言学界指明了研究方向，后学者又把这一理论运用到语言研究领域。本文试图从标记理论入手，去分析汉俄语言名词语法范畴的不同，寻找它们间的否定对立情况，掌握汉语自身的发展规律。

The phonology theory proposed by H. C. Tpyoцкой who was one of the leading researchers belonging to Prague school had come into a complete system during the 1930s. His idea of phonology was well reflected in his monograph priniciples of phonology in which he analyzed the types of phonological oppositions in Russian language and proposed the marked theory, which pointed out the right researching direction for following linguists among whom some have applied the theory in the field of linguistic research. This paper, guided by the marked theory, aims to analyze the differences of nominal grammatical category of Chinese and Russian, endeavors to find out the privative opposition between the two and draw a conclusion of the principles of development of Chinese itself.
