教育公平指所有社会成员平等地拥有接受某种教育的机会。教育公平已经成为国家教育政策的基本目标，但人们对教育公平的理解还存在许多误区。本文对教育公平的内涵进行科学解读，从起点公平、过程公平和结果公平三个方面提出了教育公平度的评价指标体系，并据此提出增进我国教育公平的思路与对策。

Now education equity has become the basic object of education policy, however, the misunderstanding of education equity exist widely in rhe theoretical circles and real sector; So in this article , we present the scientific interpretation of timely connotation of education equity, and the indicator system of education equity from three aspects of starting equity, process equty and result equity ; Fianally we present the routes and s to enhance the education equity of China
