教育公平指所有社会成员平等地拥有接受某种教育的机会。教育公平已经成为国家教育政策的基本目标,但人们对教育公平的理解还存在许多误区。本文对教育公平的内涵进行科学解读,从起点公平、过程公平和结果公平三个方面提出了教育公平度的评价指标体系,并据此提出增进我国教育公平的思路与对策。

Education equity is called that all members of society have the equal opportunity to enjoy some specific education. Now education equity has become the basic object of education policy, however, the misunderstanding of education equity exist widely in rhe theoretical circles and real sector; So in this article , we present the scientific interpretation of timely connotation of education equity, and the indicator system of education equity from three aspects of starting equity, process equty and result equity ; Fianally we present the routes and s to enhance the education equity of China
