澳门独特的地理位置和历史背景使得其成为东西方文化的交汇地,并为国内外广大旅游者所想往。澳门的旅游资源主要有宏大的博彩业和风格迥异的异国文化以及颇具特色的澳门美食。近年来,澳门旅游业在蓬勃发展中,由于旅游环境具有一定的脆弱性,旅游业带来的污染也在很大程度上破坏着生态环境,交通噪音、建筑噪音、生活噪音的污染已经成为澳门城市的主要公害,对市民和游客的影响很大。环境保护是澳门的大事,要充分利用每一寸土地,减少闲置土地,在可种植树木的街道旁和酒店和住宅周围多种树花草,构建立体型绿化;同时开发绿色交通工具,例如开建地铁,这样可减少公共汽车和私家车数量以及禁行摩托车等,这样一切都有可能变得优雅而平静,并创造出一个良好的生态环境和社会环境,形成人与自然的和谐。

The resource of Macau＇s tourism includes not only the gambling and exotic culture but also the delicious food. Recently, Macau＇s tourism has been increasing rapidly. However, due to the frangibility of environment,it was greatly destroyed by the pollution brought by the tourism. The ecological environment, traffic noise,construction noise which have negative influences on the citizens become the major component of Macau＇s pollution. Under this situation, Macau government should make use of every land such as planting trees and flowers beside the roads around the hotels and houses in order to. Meanwhile, government should also build the subway in order to decrease the number of buses and private ears and motocycles. In this way, Macau will be elegant and peaceful and both the ecological and social environment will be better so that human beings will be in harmony with nature.
