农村实行家庭联产承包责任制以来，解决了人们的温饱问题，取得了巨大的成就，但是，也出现了农民增收难、富裕慢的问题。破解这一难题的具体措施主要包括：调整种植结构，实行土地规模经营；促进土地向种田能手和经营专业大户转移；农业适度集中和多元化经营。

Since the rural household contract responsibility system has been implemented, the problems of food and clothing have been resolved and have made tremendous achievements. However, there are some difficulties in improving the peasants＇ income quickly. The article has discussed on how to solve this problem and advocated moderately concentrated and diversified agriculture business.
