新建地方本科院校的思想政治理论课在教学方法、考核方式、实践教学等方面进行了一系列的改革，取得了一定成效。但依然面临很多困难，存在很多问题。要解决这些问题，应从思想认识、教学观念、课堂教学的有效性、实践教学体系、考核体系等方面构建思想政治理论课教学模式的创新体系。
新建地方本科院校的思想政治理論課在教學方法、攷覈方式、實踐教學等方麵進行瞭一繫列的改革，取得瞭一定成效。但依然麵臨很多睏難，存在很多問題。要解決這些問題，應從思想認識、教學觀唸、課堂教學的有效性、實踐教學體繫、攷覈體繫等方麵構建思想政治理論課教學模式的創新體繫。
신건지방본과원교적사상정치이론과재교학방법、고핵방식、실천교학등방면진행료일계렬적개혁，취득료일정성효。단의연면림흔다곤난，존재흔다문제。요해결저사문제，응종사상인식、교학관념、과당교학적유효성、실천교학체계、고핵체계등방면구건사상정치이론과교학모식적창신체계。
In newly-founded local undergraduate universities and colleges, a series of effective reforms have been made in teaching methods, evaluation modes and practical teaching of ideological and political theories course. However, there still exit many difficulties and various problems in teaching. To solve these problems it is necessary to construct an innovative system of teaching model from the perspectives of ideological understanding, teaching concepts, effectiveness of classroom teaching, practical teaching system and evaluation system, etc.
