建构“以教师为本”的高校教学督导制度是高校教学督导制度进一步健全和完善的必然要求。因此,应当坚持自始至终关注高校教师的价值和意义,坚持把“以教师为本”的价值取向贯穿到高校教学督导工作的各个方面和各个环节:坚持目标督导与过程督导相结合、坚持督促与引导相结合、坚持学科知识与整体知识相结合、遵循督导共性张扬个性督导、高校督学与高校教师全力共建民主、平等、和谐的合作伙伴关系。
建構“以教師為本”的高校教學督導製度是高校教學督導製度進一步健全和完善的必然要求。因此,應噹堅持自始至終關註高校教師的價值和意義,堅持把“以教師為本”的價值取嚮貫穿到高校教學督導工作的各箇方麵和各箇環節:堅持目標督導與過程督導相結閤、堅持督促與引導相結閤、堅持學科知識與整體知識相結閤、遵循督導共性張颺箇性督導、高校督學與高校教師全力共建民主、平等、和諧的閤作夥伴關繫。

So, we should maintain high attention to the university teachers' value and the significance finally to the beginning, insisted "take the teacher as the basic" the value orientation passes through to the university educates the supervisor work each aspect and each link: Insisting that the goal supervisor and the process direction u- nify, insisting the discipline knowledge and the overall knowledge unify, following the supervisor general character to make widely known the individuality supervisor, university school inspectors and the university teachers' build the democracy, equality, harmonious cooperation relationship.
