文章首先从全球和我国经济社会发展的实际情况出发提出探讨企业裁员与被裁失业人员再就业关系的必要性,然后通过对企业裁员研究和再就业研究状况的回顾和分析,提出了企业裁员沟通与被裁失业人员再就业关系的概念模型。该模型认为,企业裁员沟通的效果将作用于被裁失业人员的求职自我效能、职业生涯承诺和就业承诺而影响其求职意向,并进而影响他们的再就业行为和再就业结果。最后,对该模型的理论和实践意义做了探讨。

The authors firstly demonstrated the necessity of exploring the relationship between corporate downsizing and laid-offs reemployment from both global and Chinese social-economic development perspectives, and then put forward a conceptual model about the rela- tionship between corporate downsizing communication and laid-offs reemployment, after reviewing and analyzing both corporate downsizing and laid-offs reemployment studies. Based on the model, it was hypothesized that the effect of corporate downsizing communication would impact laid-offs' job-search intension mediated by their job-search self-efficacy, employment commitment, and career commitment, and would further impact the laid-offs' reemployment behaviors and status. In the end, both theoretical and practical implications of the model were also discussed.
