随着改革开放和社会经济的发展,农民工群体已成为城市社会不可替代的重要力量。然而农民工在城市中却一直处于边缘化的地位,精神文化生活严重滞后。本文以南宁市西乡塘区万秀村为例,深入分析居住该村的农民工精神文化生活现状、主要困境以及造成困境的原因,在此基础上提出改善城市农民工的精神文化生活、促进农民工文化适应的若干策略。
隨著改革開放和社會經濟的髮展,農民工群體已成為城市社會不可替代的重要力量。然而農民工在城市中卻一直處于邊緣化的地位,精神文化生活嚴重滯後。本文以南寧市西鄉塘區萬秀村為例,深入分析居住該村的農民工精神文化生活現狀、主要睏境以及造成睏境的原因,在此基礎上提齣改善城市農民工的精神文化生活、促進農民工文化適應的若榦策略。
수착개혁개방화사회경제적발전,농민공군체이성위성시사회불가체대적중요역량。연이농민공재성시중각일직처우변연화적지위,정신문화생활엄중체후。본문이남저시서향당구만수촌위례,심입분석거주해촌적농민공정신문화생활현상、주요곤경이급조성곤경적원인,재차기출상제출개선성시농민공적정신문화생활、촉진농민공문화괄응적약간책략。
With the reform and opening up and the development of social economy,the group of peasant workers has become an irreplaceable important manpower in cities.However,the peasant workers have always held a marginalized state in cities,with spiritual and cultural life lagging behind.This paper,taking Wanxiu Village of Nanning City as an example,deeply analyzes the spiritual and cultural life status quo,major difficult condition,and the relevant reasons of those peasant workers who inhabiting in this village. Based on these, it put forward several measures for the improvement of their spiritual and cultural life and the promotion of their cultural adaptation.
