在现代性下，法学研究需要跨学科研究的取向，需要吸收并活用其他社会科学知识与方法，具有一种对社会科学方法论的自觉认识，坚持对既有的学术范式与框架的尊重与运用，坚持经典理论文本的解读。唯有如此才可能提出新的法律思想与理论。
在現代性下，法學研究需要跨學科研究的取嚮，需要吸收併活用其他社會科學知識與方法，具有一種對社會科學方法論的自覺認識，堅持對既有的學術範式與框架的尊重與運用，堅持經典理論文本的解讀。唯有如此纔可能提齣新的法律思想與理論。
재현대성하，법학연구수요과학과연구적취향，수요흡수병활용기타사회과학지식여방법，구유일충대사회과학방법론적자각인식，견지대기유적학술범식여광가적존중여운용，견지경전이론문본적해독。유유여차재가능제출신적법률사상여이론。
Under the conditions of Modernity, We must adopt an interdisciplinary research toward legal science. Our lawyers have to have consciously a realization about methodology of social science. Our legal study should respect and use the existing academic researehs paradigm and structure. We must hold out reading classical academic works. After reading classical learning works, We may develop a new legal thought and new legal theory.
