对北京市中小学337名从事奥林匹克教育的中小学体育教师的问卷调查,以雅典编制的奥林匹克教育计划实施评价量表ESEPI为工具,利用多元方差分析方法,对北京市中小学奥林匹克教育实施的影响因素进行分析和评价,探讨中学与小学之间,奥林匹克教育示范校与非示范校之间对奥林匹克教育实施的影响因素评价是否有差异。研究结论是:中小学之间对北京市中小学奥林匹克教育计划实施的影响因素评价没有显著性差异。示范校和非示范校之间在教学设施、教学管理和师生关系上的评价有显著性差异,在教学过程、教学素材和师资培训上的评价无显著性差异。

Through a questionnaire on the 337 physical educators in Beijing primary and secondary schools engaged in the Olympic education,using the evaluation scale of the Olympic education programi mplementation by means of multivariate analysis of variance ,the authors of this paper attempt to conduct an analysis and evaluation on the influential factors of the Olympic education program implementation in primary and secondary schools in Beijing ,and to discuss whether thereis any difference between primary schools and secondary schools, or between model schools and non-model schools on the evaluation of the Olympic education program implementation. The result of the study shows that there is no significant difference between primary schools and secondary schools, but there is significant difference between model schools and non-model schools on the evalu- ation of educational facility,educational administration and relation between teachers and students. On the other hand,there is no significant difference on the evaluation regarding teaching procedures,teaching materials and teachers' training.
