为了观察中等强度跑台运动对去卵巢大鼠体重、腹腔内脂肪重量和血脂水平的影响,将雌性3月龄SD大鼠,按体重随机分为假手术、去卵巢和去卵巢运动3个组。去卵巢运动组大鼠每天进行60min、速度18m/min、无坡度的电动跑台训练,每周5次,共12周。实验结束后,称体重和腹腔内脂肪重量;氧化酶法测定血清总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)水平;直接测定法检测高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平。结果表明:去卵巢组体重、体重增加量、腹腔内脂肪绝对重量和相对重量、血清TC水平均显著高于假手术组,血清TG水平、HDL-C/TC比值显著低于假手术组,而HDL-C水平无显著变化;12周跑台运动后,去卵巢运动组腹腔内脂肪绝对重量和相对重量显著低于假手术组,HDL-C/TC的比值显著高于去卵巢组,而体重和其他血脂指标无显著变化。以上结果提示,中等强度跑台运动能抑制去卵巢大鼠腹腔内脂肪重量的增加,部分改善血脂水平。
為瞭觀察中等彊度跑檯運動對去卵巢大鼠體重、腹腔內脂肪重量和血脂水平的影響,將雌性3月齡SD大鼠,按體重隨機分為假手術、去卵巢和去卵巢運動3箇組。去卵巢運動組大鼠每天進行60min、速度18m/min、無坡度的電動跑檯訓練,每週5次,共12週。實驗結束後,稱體重和腹腔內脂肪重量;氧化酶法測定血清總膽固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)水平;直接測定法檢測高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平。結果錶明:去卵巢組體重、體重增加量、腹腔內脂肪絕對重量和相對重量、血清TC水平均顯著高于假手術組,血清TG水平、HDL-C/TC比值顯著低于假手術組,而HDL-C水平無顯著變化;12週跑檯運動後,去卵巢運動組腹腔內脂肪絕對重量和相對重量顯著低于假手術組,HDL-C/TC的比值顯著高于去卵巢組,而體重和其他血脂指標無顯著變化。以上結果提示,中等彊度跑檯運動能抑製去卵巢大鼠腹腔內脂肪重量的增加,部分改善血脂水平。
위료관찰중등강도포태운동대거란소대서체중、복강내지방중량화혈지수평적영향,장자성3월령SD대서,안체중수궤분위가수술、거란소화거란소운동3개조。거란소운동조대서매천진행60min、속도18m/min、무파도적전동포태훈련,매주5차,공12주。실험결속후,칭체중화복강내지방중량;양화매법측정혈청총담고순(TC)화감유삼지(TG)수평;직접측정법검측고밀도지단백(HDL-C)수평。결과표명:거란소조체중、체중증가량、복강내지방절대중량화상대중량、혈청TC수평균현저고우가수술조,혈청TG수평、HDL-C/TC비치현저저우가수술조,이HDL-C수평무현저변화;12주포태운동후,거란소운동조복강내지방절대중량화상대중량현저저우가수술조,HDL-C/TC적비치현저고우거란소조,이체중화기타혈지지표무현저변화。이상결과제시,중등강도포태운동능억제거란소대서복강내지방중량적증가,부분개선혈지수평。
To observe the effects of treadmill exercise of medium intensity on the body weight,intra-abdominal fat mass and serum lipids levels in ovariectomized rats,three-month-old female Sprague-Dawley rats were divided randomly into three groups:sham operation,ovariectomized (OVX) and treadmill exercise prevention group according to the body weight.The exercise group ran on the treadmill at a speed of 18m.min-1 without slope,60min for 12 weeks.At the end of the experiment,all the animals were weighted and killed, with their blood collected for serum and intra-abdominal fats removed. Total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) levels were tested. The results indicated that ovariectomized treatment not only significandy increased the body weight,accumulation of intra-abdominal fat,and serum TC levels, but also decreased the serum TG and the ratio of HDL-C to TC. In addition, treadmill exercise treatment significantly inhibited the increase of intra-abdominal fat and increased the ratio of HDL-C to TC,but had no effect on body weight and other serum lipid levels. The results suggested that treadmill exercise of medium intensity can inhibit the increase of the intra-abdominal fat and benefit partly the disorder of serum lipids induced by ovariectomy.
