山东省属于世界水危机区。工业企业是城乡用水大户，工业废水是环境主要污染源。近年来，山东省把工业水资源利用作为发展循环经济重点．探索水资源循环经济发展模式，取得良好成效。文章全面分析山东省水资源危机形势与循环经济发展意义．系统阐述工业水资源循环经济发展模式、成效与经验，提出推进整体协调发展对策建议。

Shandong Province is among regions with water crisis in the world. Industrial enterprises are major water consumer both in rural areas and big cities and industrial waste water are major pollution sources. In recent years, Shandong Province makes utilization of industrial water resources a priority in developing circular economy and actively explores the developmental pattern of circular economy of water resources and achieves positive results. This paper fully analyzes the current situation in terms of water crisis and the significance of developing circular economy in Shandong Province. Developmental patterns, results and experiences of circular economy of industrial water resources are systematically elaborated and suggestions to promote and deepen the development of circular economy are put forward.
