我国大学新生入学教育实效性低已然是一个不争的事实。深入分析影响和制约因素，积极研究增强大学新生入学教育实效性的对策，具有极其重要而迫切的现实意义。明确入学教育目标、创新入学教育模式、规范入学教育内容、优化入学教育载体，是当前进一步加强与改进大学新生入学教育的重要举措。

Low effectiveness of entrance education for freshmen has been widely accepted as a fact. It is of urgent and realistic significance to deeply analyze its influence and restrictive factors and find effective solutions to the problem. In this study, specifying the target, creating new model, regulating the content, and optimizing the carrier of entrance education are ascertained as the most important measures to strengthen and improve its effectiveness.
