Based on the definition of the interactive connotation of the scientific and technological resources, the paper makes a deep analysis of the current situation of the scientific and technological resources in Wuhan in the angle of the scientific and technological financial resources, the human resources and the substantial resources. Focusing on the interactive features of the innovation of the scientific and technological resources, the pa- per also proposes that the scientific and technological resources should develop interactively in Wuhan so as to provide the references for the regional scientific and technological innovation capacities.
