本文针对目前高校心理普查和建档中存在的问题，深入探讨了心理普查和建档的目的、资料内容的构成、科学性与有效性的影响因素、能否筛查出心理障碍和心理危机者、结果的保密性和使用，以及投入与产出的问题等等，以期引起各方对此的深入思考，并科学地对待心理普查和建档工作。
本文針對目前高校心理普查和建檔中存在的問題，深入探討瞭心理普查和建檔的目的、資料內容的構成、科學性與有效性的影響因素、能否篩查齣心理障礙和心理危機者、結果的保密性和使用，以及投入與產齣的問題等等，以期引起各方對此的深入思攷，併科學地對待心理普查和建檔工作。
본문침대목전고교심리보사화건당중존재적문제，심입탐토료심리보사화건당적목적、자료내용적구성、과학성여유효성적영향인소、능부사사출심리장애화심리위궤자、결과적보밀성화사용，이급투입여산출적문제등등，이기인기각방대차적심입사고，병과학지대대심리보사화건당공작。
Given the questions existing in mental healdl poll and file establishing, this paper mainly discusses on the following topics： the purpose of mental health poll and file establishing, the data composition, the influencing factors of its validity and effectiveness, whether it can filtrate people with psychological obstacles or psychological crisis, the privacy and use of its resuits, and the problems of its input and output, and so forth. The detailed discussion is aimed at arousing common concern from related groups to scientifically treat the work of mental health poll and file establishing.
