科技资源作为稀缺资源,其合理配置是我国长期关注并难以根本解决的问题。针对我国31个省市自治区在2007年科技投入产出的情况,分别采用主成份分析法、熵权TOPSIS法、超效率DEA法三种单一评价方法对区域科技资源配置效率进行排名之后,采用组合评价方法弥补单一方法的不足,得到更客观合理的评价结果。

The scientific and technological(ST) resources are scarce resourceIts rational distribution has been concerned for a long term and difficult to be fundamentally solved in China.According to the scientific and technological(ST) input and output of China's 31 provinces and autonomous regions in 2007,the paper uses three single assessment methods of principal component analysis method,TOPSIS method entropy weight,super-efficiency DEA method respectively to rank the efficiency of regional scientific and technological(ST) resource allocation.And it uses combination evaluation methods to make up for the lack of single method and makes more objective and reasonable results of assessment.
