设计了一种基于ARM处理器和μC/OSΙΙ的嵌入式电机电物理量采集系统;该系统选用低噪声低功耗芯片,对模拟电路进行信号调理和高速采集;采用高性能工业级ARM微处理器(S3C2410-S),结合软件算法进行实时数字信号处理.实验结果表明该系统具有体积小、重量轻、功耗低、精度较高、实时性好等优点,能有效的采集电机电流、电压信号,进而使上位机能更方便的进行电机电物理量分析.
設計瞭一種基于ARM處理器和μC/OSΙΙ的嵌入式電機電物理量採集繫統;該繫統選用低譟聲低功耗芯片,對模擬電路進行信號調理和高速採集;採用高性能工業級ARM微處理器(S3C2410-S),結閤軟件算法進行實時數字信號處理.實驗結果錶明該繫統具有體積小、重量輕、功耗低、精度較高、實時性好等優點,能有效的採集電機電流、電壓信號,進而使上位機能更方便的進行電機電物理量分析.

In this paper, an embedded electric physical acquisition system based on ARM mierocontroller and μC/OS Ⅱ is designed. Low noi.se and low power waste chips are used abroad in the system and signal that is modulated by the teehnieal analog circuit and colleeted in high speed. The real-time digital signal processing is done by high quality industrial ARM macro-processor (S3C2410-S) combined with software algorithm. The experimental result indicates that the system has small volume, little weight, low power waste, preferable preeision and good realtime ability. And it can acquit the signal efficiently, so the host computer can analyze electric physical qualities convenience.
