The paper analyzed risk theory and necessity of school Physical Education risk management, elaborated objectives of school Physical Education risk management, and refered the theory and method of modern risk manangement with the practice of school Physical Education, divided the whole process into four steps and three essential factors. At last, the paper studied the strategies of school Physical Education risk management in order to offer reference to the healthical development of school Physical Education.
