辅导员的职业效度受到工作归属感、工作回报、工作任务、发展空间、团队合作、工作条件、工作价值观和自我价值实现等8个因素的影响。其中,工作归属感的影响权重最大,工作任务的影响权重次之;新进辅导员的工作归属感强,而在岗多年的辅导员易出现职业倦怠感。因此,建议从建立辅导员职业保障机制、健全辅导员职称晋升规章、实施辅导员职业准入制度等方面实现对辅导员职业效度的干预。
輔導員的職業效度受到工作歸屬感、工作迴報、工作任務、髮展空間、糰隊閤作、工作條件、工作價值觀和自我價值實現等8箇因素的影響。其中,工作歸屬感的影響權重最大,工作任務的影響權重次之;新進輔導員的工作歸屬感彊,而在崗多年的輔導員易齣現職業倦怠感。因此,建議從建立輔導員職業保障機製、健全輔導員職稱晉升規章、實施輔導員職業準入製度等方麵實現對輔導員職業效度的榦預。

Under the sampling frame of the counselors in Guangzhou University, we has established the Vocational Validity Model Counselors by using the factor analysis and linear multiple regression equation, and then raised the intervened strategy of it. The research result shows that the counselors' vocational validity is affected by the work sense of belonging, work return, work tasks, development, teamwork, working conditions, work values and the achievement of self-worth etc. Among them, the work sense of belonging has the greatest impact, and the work tasks follows it. The new counselors have strong work sense of belonging, while the years of on-the-job counselors prone to occupational burnout. About this, we advise to intervene counselors' vocational validity by establishing the job security mechanism, improving the promotion system, and carrying out career access system for counselors.
