生命化教育强调在教育过程中要依据人的生命特性,尊重生命发展的内在逻辑和规律,创造适合生命发展的教育环境。生命化教育的理念不仅指向学生的发展,同时也指向教师的发展。生命化教师专业发展以关注教师生命状态为前提。教师生命化专业发展的实现需要教师具有天职观念的职业体认,“生命在场”的自主发展态度,当好范本的职业责任。
生命化教育彊調在教育過程中要依據人的生命特性,尊重生命髮展的內在邏輯和規律,創造適閤生命髮展的教育環境。生命化教育的理唸不僅指嚮學生的髮展,同時也指嚮教師的髮展。生命化教師專業髮展以關註教師生命狀態為前提。教師生命化專業髮展的實現需要教師具有天職觀唸的職業體認,“生命在場”的自主髮展態度,噹好範本的職業責任。
생명화교육강조재교육과정중요의거인적생명특성,존중생명발전적내재라집화규률,창조괄합생명발전적교육배경。생명화교육적이념불부지향학생적발전,동시야지향교사적발전。생명화교사전업발전이관주교사생명상태위전제。교사생명화전업발전적실현수요교사구유천직관념적직업체인,“생명재장”적자주발전태도,당호범본적직업책임。
Life-education emphasizes human being's life characteristic in the process of education, respects the inner logic laws of life development and may create an educational environment adapted to life development. Life:education-idea not only points to students' development, but also to teachers' development. Teachers' professional development in perspective of life-education takes it a precondition that pays attention to teachers' life condition. The actualization of teachers' professional development needs a career identification of the teachers' life-cause idea, an independent development attitude of life presence and a vocational responsibility to be normal.
