以北京为集聚扩散点，借助杠杆原理，本文分析了1996～2006年北京与我国15个热点旅游省市双向入境旅游流平衡点动态转移规律。结果表明，15条旅游流中流动强度最大的是北京←→上海、北京←→广东两条入境旅游流，集聚扩散流平衡点的总体转移规律呈现出逐年向北京趋近的态势；从转移幅度来看，近距离和远距离对流省市与北京之间的平衡点向北京转移的幅度大于中距离对流省市，总体呈现出“U”形结构。

Taking Beijing as the convergence-diffusion point and with the help of the principle of lever, the paper analyzes the dynamic shift regulation of inbound tourism flow equilibrium points between Beijing and 15 hot tourist provinces and municipalities in the years 1996- 2006. The result shows that among 15 tourism flows, the highest intensity flows were Beijing←→Shanghai and Beijing←→Guangdong and the overall equilibrium point presented the trend of nearing Beijing with each passing year. Judging from the shift range, we can see that the equilibrium point presented a ＂ U＂ shaped structure, which means China＇ s inbound tourism flow is developed from the model of monopole to the mature model of multipolar network.
