旅游信息服务是影响游客旅游满意度的一个要素，也是影响游客旅游活动决策的一个要素。然而，旅游信息的分散性、相关性、实时性和量大性带来了旅游信息组织与服务的困难。通过对国内外信息咨询服务的类型、特点及应用现状进行研究，结合我国旅游信息咨询服务的发展现状与旅游客户信息服务的发展需求，提出了中国旅游信息多层混合分布协作咨询服务模式，并对构建特色、运营管理和运作保障进行了探讨，旨在推进我国旅游业信息服务工作。

Tourism information service is the factor of impacting on the tourists＇ decision-making activities and tourist satisfaction. However, the difficulty of tourism information organization and service is increased by tourism information＇ s decentrality, relativity, real-time and multitude. Researching on the type, characteristics and application of distributed coordination mode of information consulting services in China and abroad, and according to the current situation and demand of tourism information consulting services in China, the multi-layer distributed coordination mode of tourism information consulting services has been provided, and the characteristics, the operations management and the security conditions of mode have been studied to promote the tourism information consulting service in China.
