将长株潭城市群作为一个经济一环境系统,估算出2007年长株潭的物质需求总量和生态包袱总量分别为39715.5×10^4t和33926.9×10^4t.并对其2000—2007年间相关的物质消耗强度、物质生产力、物质减量趋势等方面进行了分析测算,提出提高长株潭目前的资源使用效率,控制经济系统的资源投入量,是促进长株潭两型社会建设及循环经济发展的有效途径。

The ecological rucksack calculation based on material flow analysis is an important index to the measurement of recycling economy development. Taking Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration as an economic environment system, this paper estimates that the total amount of material demand in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration and that of ecological rucksack in 2007, respectively 39715.5×10^4 t and 33926.9×10^4 t. The paper analyzes the quantitative characteristics of material intensity,material productivity and dematerialization of the urban agglomeration during 2000- 2007, concluding that it is necessary to improve resource efficiency and control resource input for promoting the "Two-Type Society" building and recycling economy development of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration.
