In order to attract more foreign direct investment and promote economic development and industrial restructuring of the northeast, we need to evaluate the investment environment of Northeast, further improving the existing investment environment. The factors affecting the investment enviornment of the northeastern three provinces include the implement enviornment, political enviornment, social culture enviornment and economy enviornment. The comparing results show that the liaoning province has the best investment enviornment, that of the Jilin province comes second. The Heilongjiang province＇s investment enviornment need to be optimized.
