本文梳理了各种战略观,分析其适用环境、关键因素、战略目标和方法。在此基础上,根据研究型大学的特征,有机地融合不同战略理论观点,分析研究型大学校长的战略领导,将其划分为五个阶段并详细解析了各阶段的主要焦点与核心问题。

Based on the numerous successful cases of world-class research universities and the agreement of their presidents, more attentions are placed on strategic presidency in research universities. This paper examines the strategic presidency in such areas as applying environment, key elements, aims, and approaches. Combined with the characteristics of research universities and different strategic perspectives, the strategic presidency is studied and divided into five phases. Their main focuses and key issues of each phase are analyzed particularly.
