Small and medium enterprises financing is a common difficulty. The explosion of the financial crisis deepens this difficulty. Based on the analysis of the current financing status of China as well as the impact of financial crisis on Chinese small and medium enterprises financing, this paper puts forward the solutions of relieving the difficulty of financing the small and medium enterprises.
