As a review of Georg Simmel＇s theory of social forms and reflection of social governance system reform, this article emphasizes the following statements： social forms is a reality transcending individuals, thus it is possible to understand social life via social forms. Two forms of social interaction are reviewed in detail respectively, the domination and the money. These two cases are insightful for thegovemance system reform in process： conceptual and approach transformation, the theoretical significance of various social interaction forms, the practical value of the autonomy and sociability are emphasized.
