近年来，珠江三角洲吸引外商直接投资的重点已由制造业转向服务业，服务业外商直接投资对经济增长的作用日益突出。文章通过对珠江三角洲九市服务业2000～2008年的相关数据进行面板数据分析，剖析了影响珠三角服务业发展的主要因素，探讨了其FDI的经济增长效应。

The mainstream of global FDI flows has transferred from traditional markets to emerging markets since the new century. In recent years, the service industry of the Pearl River Delta has become more and more attractive to FDI as a result of the booming of energy industry. Through conducting a panel data analysis of the data from 2003 to 2008 related to the service industry of seven cities in the Pearl River Delta, the paper studies the major influencing factors for the development of its service industry and the effects of FDI on its economic growth.
