以部分上市公司2008年半年报为样本，分析上市公司按照新会计准则对金融工具进行分类的行为特征。结果表明，上市公司在对金融工具进行分类时，选择性行为特征表现明显，这种行为一定程度上对上市公司会计信息的真实性和客观性存在不利影响。

This paper analyses Chinese listed companies＇assorting financial instruments according to the new accounting regulations by taking the listed companies of 2008 as a sample. It shows that listed companies reveal distinct characteristic of selective act in assorting financial instruments, which produces negative effect on the accuracy and objectivity of the accounting information of listed companies to some extend.
