Naoshu mixture monoamine neurotransmitters overtraining cerebrum
目的:观察“脑舒合剂”对大鼠过度运动后大脑单胺类神经递质的影响。为中药制剂消除运动性中枢疲劳提供实验依据。方法:将雄性SD大鼠40只(体重230±20克),随机分为:空白对照组(C组)、负重游泳组(O组)、负重游泳加低剂量组(低药组n=10,生药10g/kg)和负重游泳加高剂量组(高药组n=10,生药30g/kg)。每天C组和O组灌等量蒸馏水,低药组和高药组灌服“脑舒合剂”。除C组外,其余三个组递增负荷游泳至第八周。结果:经过8周大负荷游泳后,O组大鼠大脑皮质的去甲肾上腺素(NE)阳性表达水平显著性降低,低药组和高药组无显著性变化;O组大鼠大脑皮质的五羟色胺(5-HT)阳性表达水平显著性升高,低药组和高药组无显著性变化。结论:“脑舒合剂”有助于维持大脑皮质的NE水平,抑制5一HT水平升高,使大脑皮质的兴奋与抑制过程处于相对平衡状态,对过度运动后的大脑功能有良性作用。
目的:觀察“腦舒閤劑”對大鼠過度運動後大腦單胺類神經遞質的影響。為中藥製劑消除運動性中樞疲勞提供實驗依據。方法:將雄性SD大鼠40隻(體重230±20剋),隨機分為:空白對照組(C組)、負重遊泳組(O組)、負重遊泳加低劑量組(低藥組n=10,生藥10g/kg)和負重遊泳加高劑量組(高藥組n=10,生藥30g/kg)。每天C組和O組灌等量蒸餾水,低藥組和高藥組灌服“腦舒閤劑”。除C組外,其餘三箇組遞增負荷遊泳至第八週。結果:經過8週大負荷遊泳後,O組大鼠大腦皮質的去甲腎上腺素(NE)暘性錶達水平顯著性降低,低藥組和高藥組無顯著性變化;O組大鼠大腦皮質的五羥色胺(5-HT)暘性錶達水平顯著性升高,低藥組和高藥組無顯著性變化。結論:“腦舒閤劑”有助于維持大腦皮質的NE水平,抑製5一HT水平升高,使大腦皮質的興奮與抑製過程處于相對平衡狀態,對過度運動後的大腦功能有良性作用。
목적:관찰“뇌서합제”대대서과도운동후대뇌단알류신경체질적영향。위중약제제소제운동성중추피로제공실험의거。방법:장웅성SD대서40지(체중230±20극),수궤분위:공백대조조(C조)、부중유영조(O조)、부중유영가저제량조(저약조n=10,생약10g/kg)화부중유영가고제량조(고약조n=10,생약30g/kg)。매천C조화O조관등량증류수,저약조화고약조관복“뇌서합제”。제C조외,기여삼개조체증부하유영지제팔주。결과:경과8주대부하유영후,O조대서대뇌피질적거갑신상선소(NE)양성표체수평현저성강저,저약조화고약조무현저성변화;O조대서대뇌피질적오간색알(5-HT)양성표체수평현저성승고,저약조화고약조무현저성변화。결론:“뇌서합제”유조우유지대뇌피질적NE수평,억제5일HT수평승고,사대뇌피질적흥강여억제과정처우상대평형상태,대과도운동후적대뇌공능유량성작용。
Objective: This research was designed to observe the effects of Naoshu mixture on rats' cerebral monoamine neurotransmitter after they had overtraining.Methods: 40 male SD rats(weight 230±20g) were divided randomly into 4 groups: control group(group C,n=10);burdened swimming group(group O,n=10);burdened swimming and low dose group(low dose group,n=10,crude drug 10g/kg);burdened swimming and high dose group(high dose group,n=10,crude drug 30g/kg).Equivalent distilled water was given to group C and group O everyday.All the groups were given increase load swimming for eight weeks,except group C.Results: The protein expression of NE in rats' cerebral cortex was reduced significantly after overtraining in group O(p0.05).But the expression of NE had no significant changes in Naoshu mixture groups.The expression of 5-H in rats' cerebral cortex had significant increase in group O(p0.05),but there was no significant change in low dose and high dose group.Conclusion: Naoshu mixture could raise the expression of NE in cerebral cortex,keep the exciting and the depressing of cerebral cortex relative balance,and maintain better function of cerebral cortex after overtraining.
