运用文献分析、田野调查、个案研究，在民俗学相关理论的基础上考察了江西民俗体育文化的发展变化过程。认为江西民俗体育文化在内容和表现形式上的显著变化体现在4方面：参与人员的身份变异；宗族崇拜的削弱；活动指向的功利化；传播方式的立体化。江西民俗体育文化发生流变的原因：一是文化语境的变化，体现在意义系统的匮乏、价值系统的偏离、交流系统的瓦解；二是社会语境的变化，体现在民俗体育参加者的个人背景复杂化、“表演”场合的政治化。
운용문헌분석、전야조사、개안연구，재민속학상관이론적기출상고찰료강서민속체육문화적발전변화과정。인위강서민속체육문화재내용화표현형식상적현저변화체현재4방면：삼여인원적신빈변이；종족숭배적삭약；활동지향적공리화；전파방식적입체화。강서민속체육문화발생류변적원인：일시문화어경적변화，체현재의의계통적궤핍、개치계통적편리、교류계통적와해；이시사회어경적변화，체현재민속체육삼가자적개인배경복잡화、“표연”장합적정치화。
By means of literature analysis, field investigation and case study, the author examined the process of developing and changing of folk sports culture of Jiangxi based on folklore related theories, and concluded that in terms of content and expression form, significant changes of folk sports culture of Jiangxi embodied in 4 aspects： the change of the status of participating personnel; the weakening of clan worship; the utilitarianism of activity orientation; the diversification of communication manners. The causes for the changes of fork sports culture of Jiangxi are as follows： 1） the change of cultural context, which embodied in the lack of the meaning system, the deviation of the value system, and the collapse of the communication system; 2） the change of social context, which embodied in the complication of individual background of folk sports participants, and the political tendency of ＂performance＂ occasions.
