文章以培养应用型创新人才为目标,在探讨了当前《微电子工艺》课程教学中存在的问题与难点的基础上,以松绑教育与整合教学两种理论为指导,提出了“混合式立体化”教学模式,并进行了相应的教学实践及探索,最后对其实践效果进行了调查分析。该模式的运用对全面改革《工艺》课程教学有着重要的理论与实践意义。

In order to cultivate the applied innovative talents, the paper analyzed the current problem in the teaching of Microelectronic Process we faced, presented a Mixed-dimensional teaching model which was based on the theories of liberation education and blended learning. The teaching mode was used in the practice teaching, and the applied effect was analyzed. It has important theoretical and practical significance to a comprehensive reform of Microelectronic Process teaching.
