从理论上计算了在导带子带间跃迁时ZnS/CdSe柱型核壳结构量子点的三阶极化率。在有效质量近似下,利用量子力学的密度矩阵理论,采用无限深势阱模型,导出了柱型量子点的三阶非线性光学极化率的解析表达式,解三维薛定谔方程可得到电子的本征能量和波函数。通过数值计算,分析了ZnS/CdSe柱型核壳结构量子点的三阶极化率与量子点尺寸和入射光频率之间的关系。
從理論上計算瞭在導帶子帶間躍遷時ZnS/CdSe柱型覈殼結構量子點的三階極化率。在有效質量近似下,利用量子力學的密度矩陣理論,採用無限深勢阱模型,導齣瞭柱型量子點的三階非線性光學極化率的解析錶達式,解三維薛定諤方程可得到電子的本徵能量和波函數。通過數值計算,分析瞭ZnS/CdSe柱型覈殼結構量子點的三階極化率與量子點呎吋和入射光頻率之間的關繫。

The nonlinear susceptibilities associated with intersubband transition in the conduction band have been theoretically calculated in ZnS/CdSe core-shell cylindrical quantum dots. The confined wave functions and eigenenergies of electrons in quantum dots have been calculated under the effective-mass approximation by solving a three-dimensional Schr6dinger equation. And the third-order susceptibilities as a function of the size of quantum dots and the frequency of the incident light have been analyzed.
