人类的代际间存在着不可斩断的有机联系，为了保持社会的稳定有序和持续不断的发展，必须确立可持续发展理念，这一理念同样也应贯注于行政法治之中。可持续发展理念的输入，将引发行政法治的变革，推动行政法治适应性升级，引领行政法治走向理性与成熟。
人類的代際間存在著不可斬斷的有機聯繫，為瞭保持社會的穩定有序和持續不斷的髮展，必鬚確立可持續髮展理唸，這一理唸同樣也應貫註于行政法治之中。可持續髮展理唸的輸入，將引髮行政法治的變革，推動行政法治適應性升級，引領行政法治走嚮理性與成熟。
인류적대제간존재착불가참단적유궤련계，위료보지사회적은정유서화지속불단적발전，필수학립가지속발전이념，저일이념동양야응관주우행정법치지중。가지속발전이념적수입，장인발행정법치적변혁，추동행정법치괄응성승급，인령행정법치주향이성여성숙。
There exists organic relation which can not be cut off, in order to keep the stable, orderly and continual development of the society, it is necessary to establish the idea of sustainable development, which should also be introduced into the administrative legality. The introduction of the idea of sustainable development will initiate change to administrative legality, promote the adaptable upgrade of the administrative legality, and lead the administrative legality become reasonable and mature.
