창신인재적배양리불개창신교육，창신교육기시고등교육발전적수요，경시사회발전적수요，독립학원작위일충신적판학모식，필수파창신교육작위생존발전적중요수단，위차요처리호수량여질량、교여학、의탁여자주、보수여개방적관계。
The cultivation of creative talents cannot be separated from innovative education. Innovative education is essential not only for the development of higher education, but also for the development of society.. Independent college, as a new mode of education, must take innovative education into consideration as an important means of survival and development. The relationships concerning independent colleges between quantity and quality, teaching and learning, reliance and autonomy, conservatism and opening should therefore be properly handled.
