美国教育史学家索尔·科恩站在后现代主义的立场,提出了教育史研究应实现“新文化史”、“语言学”和“文学”等三个方面的转向,这为美国教育史研究注入了新的活水。我国当前教育史学的发展日渐式微已成一个不争的事实,分析原因后发现,科恩的后现代教育史学主张对我们扭转教育史研究所面临的困境有一定的启发意义:我们应该开阔研究范围,拓展史料来源;重视史料语言的研究;研究成果的表述要富有文学方面的色彩;等等。
美國教育史學傢索爾·科恩站在後現代主義的立場,提齣瞭教育史研究應實現“新文化史”、“語言學”和“文學”等三箇方麵的轉嚮,這為美國教育史研究註入瞭新的活水。我國噹前教育史學的髮展日漸式微已成一箇不爭的事實,分析原因後髮現,科恩的後現代教育史學主張對我們扭轉教育史研究所麵臨的睏境有一定的啟髮意義:我們應該開闊研究範圍,拓展史料來源;重視史料語言的研究;研究成果的錶述要富有文學方麵的色綵;等等。

S.Cohen, a contemporary expert of the historiography of education in American, standing in postmodernism' place, held that the research of educational history should focus on "new cultural history turn", "linguistic turn", and "literature turn", which has injected vitality into the development of the educational history. It is the fact that the development of the research of educational history is in a recession in recent years in China. After analyzing the reasons, we found easily that Cohen's postmodern historiography of education could give us some enlightment to solve the crisis that the development of the educational history research met, such as broadening the scope of the research, expanding the sources of historical material, attaching importance to the research of language, emphasizing literary color in writing and so on.
