采用文献资料调研、录像观察、数理统计和对比分析等方法，以近4届世界大赛上中国男子篮球队和世界强队为研究对象，从队伍结构、技、战术风格、对抗性和体能4个层面将二者进行对比分析，旨在探寻中国队所存主要问题及其深层次成因。研究结果表明，中国队队伍结构“大型化”；“快、准、灵”战术风格丧失；对抗能力较弱，表现为缺乏对抗意识和技术的对抗性较差；运动员无特长技术；体能不能满足高强度比赛的需要。中国队只有及时解决和弥补这些已出现的问题与不足，并在融合世界竞技篮球发展趋势的基础上尽快形成自身所独有的特点和风格，才有望突破现状进入世界强队之列。

Through using the methods of literature review, video observation, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, taking the Chinese man＇ s basketball team and world top teams as research subject, from the aspects of team structure, tactical and technical style, confronta- tion and physical fitness, this paper made comparative analysis on it. The main purpose is to find out the existing problems and deep reason. The result shows that the structure of Chinese man＇s basketball team is mostly the ideas of bigness, the team line-up is unreasonable, the ide- as of rapid and accurate is diminish, the ideas of antagonize and its consciousness and ability are weak, loss of individuality and the free development and the ideas of physical training is marginalization. In order to get a sustainable development of Chinese baskethall, these ideas should be corrected and some new ideas should be raised with times going.
