针对我国近年出现的对高等院校的学科评估,尤其是对重点学科的评估方法,指出这些方法无论是理论还是在实践过程中,都或多或少地存在一定问题。文章从委托代理的角度分析了当前学科评估机制存在的不足,通过借助对不同评估内容的考察,建立一套多角度学科评估机制,以期为学科评估体系的建立和完善提供一种新思路。

In recent years, China has tried several methods which can assess of the subjects of institutions of higher learning, especially for key subjects. However, these methods have some problems in the theory or practice. This article analyzes the deficiencies of the current subject assessment mechanism in the commission-acting perspective. With the inspection of different assessments of the contents, this article discusses a new subject assessment mechanism from the multi-disciplinary perspectives, and provides a new idea to improve the subject assessment system.
