中国共产党是中国现代化建设的领导核心，建设学习型社会要靠学习型政党来推动。中共十七届四中全会要求把建设马克思主义学习型政党作为重大而紧迫的战略任务来抓，这是对世情、国情、党情的积极回应。通过在全党树立建设马克思主义学习型政党的新理念、营造人人向学的开放互动的学习氛围、形成和推动全党重视学习的有效机制等方法构建马克思主义学习型政党，从而进一步丰富国际共产主义运动中的党建理论，践行“三个代表”重要思想，提升中国共产党的科学执政水平。

Chinese communist party is the core of leadership of China＇s modernization. Construction of learning society depends on learning party to promote. The Fourth Plenary session of the 17th Central Committee has attached great importance to construction of Marxist learning party and it＇ s considered important and urgent to grasp this strategic task, which is a positive response to the changes of the world, our country and our party. During Construction of learning party, our party should take measures as follows： Firstly, form new ideas of constructing Marxist learning party; secondly, create an open and interactive learning atmosphere ; thirdly, ensure and promote the formation of effective mechanism of learning methods. By doing so, we can further enrich party building theory of international communist movement, practice the important thoughts of ＂the three represents＂ and enhance our party~ scientific governance.
