从知识经济发展的要求来衡量,我国目前高校的素质教育存在许多问题。我们必须进一步提高高校对加强素质教育工作重要性的认识,明确素质教育的指导思想,制定科学合理的教育计划,进一步加强思想政治教育以及创新意识和创新精神的教育,努力建设一支高素质的高校教师队伍,肩负起改进素质教育的时代重任。

Measured from the requirement of the development of knowledge-driven economy,the present quality education in China＇s higher institutions is problematic.So,in order to facilitate the quality education efficiently,it is necessary to clearly recognize the importance of strengthening quality education,pinpoint its guiding principles,design the scientifically reasonable educational plans,strengthen further the ideological-and-political quality education and creative and initiative education,and try to form a crew of high-quality teachers of higher institutions.
