口述史料是根据个人亲身经历或见闻而口传或笔记的材料。口述资料逐渐成为图书馆馆藏的重要部分，口述历史工作正在成为图书馆的一项主要工作，但与此同时也引发了一系列现实问题。本文阐述了图书馆口述历史工作过程中因署名权、归属权、合理使用与侵权的争议而形成的著作权问题，分析了产生争议的原因并提出对策，指出图书馆口述历史工作应重视研究知识权利保护所引起的冲突，不断降低著作权风险，以应对发展变化的知识产权保护与利用环境。参考文献13。

The oral history material is the material passed down by mouth or written according to personal experience. Oral history materials have gradually become an important part of the library collection, and oral history work is an important work at the library. At the same time, it also gives rise to a series of problems. The paper discusses the problems of copyright protection in the library oral history work, which are caused by the controversy on the right of authorship, the right of belongings, and the fair use and infringement. Then the paper analyses the cause of the controversy and suggests countermeasures. In order to adapt ourselves to the changeable circumstances of copyright protection and use, the library should pay much more attention to studying the conflicts of copyright protection and reducing the intellectual right risk. 13 refs.
