本文利用19912006年中国水利建设投入和其他农业生产资料投入的基础数据，就中国水利建设投入对粮食单产的影响以及不同地区水利建设投入对小麦、玉米和水稻等不同作物单产的影响进行了计量分析。研究结果表明：中国水利建设投入对粮食单产的影响显著；不同地区的水利建设投入对不同作物单产的影响是不同的，西部地区的水利建设投入对小麦和玉米单产的影响要大于东部地区和中部地区，相对于东部地区和中部地区，西部地区的水利建设投入对粮食产出的影响更大。

This paper uses the data about the investment in water conservancy construction and the input in agricultural means of production during 1991 2006 ,and makes a quantitatively analysis on the impacts of investment in water conservancy construction on China＇s grain production as well as the impacts of investment in water conservancy construction in different regions on the yields of wheat,maize and rice. The resuits show that the investment in water conservancy construction has a significant impact on grain production;the investment in different regions has distinct effects on different crops＇ unit production. The input in western region has more effect on the unit yield of wheat and maize than that in the eastern and central regions. Compared with the eastern and central regions,the input in water conservancy construction in the western region has a higher marginal grain production of per unit area.
