创新能力是衡量企业竞争力的根本标准,而知识型员工是企业创新的主体,因此,提升知识型员工的创新能力对企业发展至关重要。在界定交易型领导风格、变革型领导风格的基础上,探讨了这两种领导风格对知识型员工创新行为的影响,从而提出企业应根据实际情况选择相适应的领导风格。并采取有效的措施来促进知识型员工的创新行为。

Innovation ability is the fundamental standard for measuring the competitiveness of enterprises, and knowledge workers are responsible for enterprise innovation, so it's very important to improve knowledge workers" innovation ability. Based on the definition of the transformational leadership and transactional leadership,this paper analyzes two leaderships" influence to the knowledge workers innovative behavior, and suggests that the enterprise should choose the appropriate leadership style to adapt the actual situation and take effective measures to promote knowledge workers innovative behavior.
