调查显示：四川农村体育呈非均衡性的发展状态。为此，提出要从四川农村体育的实际出发，选择“非均衡——协调”发展的战略，具体探讨了这一发展战略的基本方针、发展方式和总体原则；发展时序方式的选择；发展的切人点和重点等对策，建议制定扶持贫困地区的长期计划，建立贫困地区农村体育事业发展基金和对口支援协作机制。
調查顯示：四川農村體育呈非均衡性的髮展狀態。為此，提齣要從四川農村體育的實際齣髮，選擇“非均衡——協調”髮展的戰略，具體探討瞭這一髮展戰略的基本方針、髮展方式和總體原則；髮展時序方式的選擇；髮展的切人點和重點等對策，建議製定扶持貧睏地區的長期計劃，建立貧睏地區農村體育事業髮展基金和對口支援協作機製。
조사현시：사천농촌체육정비균형성적발전상태。위차，제출요종사천농촌체육적실제출발，선택“비균형——협조”발전적전략，구체탐토료저일발전전략적기본방침、발전방식화총체원칙；발전시서방식적선택；발전적절인점화중점등대책，건의제정부지빈곤지구적장기계화，건립빈곤지구농촌체육사업발전기금화대구지원협작궤제。
Sichuan rural sports development is uneven. In view of this, the article proposes to start with the practieal situation of Sichuan rural sports and select the uneven - coordinated development strategy. Meanwhile, the basic policy, development means and overall principle for the development strategy are proposed. Choice of development sequence and breaking points and key points for development are discussed. It is suggested that a long - term plan for supporting poverty - striken areas, fund for rural sports development as well as mechanism of place - to - place support should be established.
