通过分析目前我国高职教师绩效考核体系中存在的问题,针对其中不甚人性化的管理方法,融入人本价值取向,并尝试吸收奖惩性评价与发展性评价的各自优点,扬长避短,建立高职教师复合性考评指标体系,以期达到更科学、更和谐地评价教师的目的,推动教师与高校的共同进步、可持续发展。

By analyzing the evaluation to focusing on the problems in vocational collage faculty about performance evaluation, especially the unscientific management of evaluation, combining the evaluation in rewards and punishment and continuous development, this paper has put forward a composite evaluation system for university faculty, in order to evaluation the vocational collage faculty more scientifically and harmoniously, and promote the harmonious advancement and continuous development of faculty and collages.
