新中国成立以来，西部地区的技术创新取得了很大发展，但是从总体上看，西部地区的技术创新与全国相比仍处于落后地位；通过对西部地区技术创新存在问题的分析，提出了西部地区推进技术创新的对策与建议。

신중국성립이래，서부지구적기술창신취득료흔대발전，단시종총체상간，서부지구적기술창신여전국상비잉처우락후지위；통과대서부지구기술창신존재문제적분석，제출료서부지구추진기술창신적대책여건의。
Since the founding of PRC, great progress has been made in technological innovations in western region. But the level of technological innovations in western region is still very low as a whole. Compared with other parts in China, it still lags behind. Based on an analysis of problems in technological innovations in western region, the author put forward some measures and suggestions so as to promote technological innovations in western region.
