运用文献法、实地调查法，对广东省大型体育场馆经营管理情况进行调查研究，发现制约广东省大型体育场馆发展的主要因素有：投资结构单一，设施利用效率不高，管理人才匮乏，营销手段缺乏创新，维修资金匮乏，缺乏优惠政策等．针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策．
運用文獻法、實地調查法，對廣東省大型體育場館經營管理情況進行調查研究，髮現製約廣東省大型體育場館髮展的主要因素有：投資結構單一，設施利用效率不高，管理人纔匱乏，營銷手段缺乏創新，維脩資金匱乏，缺乏優惠政策等．針對存在的問題提齣瞭相應的對策．
운용문헌법、실지조사법，대광동성대형체육장관경영관리정황진행조사연구，발현제약광동성대형체육장관발전적주요인소유：투자결구단일，설시이용효솔불고，관리인재궤핍，영소수단결핍창신，유수자금궤핍，결핍우혜정책등．침대존재적문제제출료상응적대책．
Based on document study and investigate study, takes the research on present state of operation and management of large-scaled stadium and gymnasium in Guangdong, and finds out the main factors that restrict the effects of operation and management, including facilities, management shortage of talents, marketing the single investment structure, the inefficient use of the means outmoded, maintain shortage of funds, management shortage of preferential policies, ect. According to the present problems of operation and management of the large-scaled stadium and gymnasium, it puts forward varied countermeasures.
