我国医学学术期刊面临着体制改革和与国际传媒集团竞争的双重挑战,生存竞争日益严峻.分析我国医学学术期刊目前的生存状况并参考国外学术期刊的成功经营模式,提出我国医学学术期刊在体制改革中的经营策略,在市场定位及品牌创立,传统盈利模式,创新盈利模式及对编辑人员的要求方面提出改革.

Journals of medical science in China are nowadays struggleing for existence more and more hardly, because of facing the double challenge of reform of publication system and competition from the international mass media. This article proposes the management of journals of medical science in China ,including the change of marketing location, brand establishing, traditional earning mode, creatived earning mode and requiment of editors, after analyzeing the existence of the journals of medical science in China and refering to the successful management mode of the oversea country in journal of medical science.
